Frequently asked questions

The essentials before you open your wholesale store.

Are there listing fees or a subscription?

No. Creating an account, completing verification, and listing wholesale products is free for registered Filipino MSMEs in the national trade program.

How do minimum order quantities work?

You choose the smallest quantity a buyer may order for each product, for example 5 rolls, 20 pairs, or 50 kg. Buyers cannot place a purchase order below your MOQ.

How do I handle freight and bulk delivery?

You set the fulfillment method when confirming a purchase order. Use couriers such as J&T Express for regional parcels, or arrange freight (2GO, AP Cargo) for pallets and bulk cargo, then attach the tracking number in the portal.

How do I receive payment?

Payment settles through Philippine banking rails (PCHC, InstaPay, PESONet) or according to agreed trade terms such as cash on delivery or Net 30 for established commercial buyers.

How long does verification take?

Once you submit your DTI registration or Mayor's permit under Documents, our compliance team reviews the files within one to two business days. You can start drafting products while the review is in progress.
